TERMS OF USAGE

- Order & Payment:
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- Krona Boutique accepts various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or altered unless specifically allowed by our return policy.
- Custom Orders (Stitching/Designing):
- Customized orders for bridal wear or boutique designs will be processed only after receipt of full or part payment as required.
- Tailoring, fitting, and design specifics will be confirmed via customer consultation.
- No refunds or cancellations are allowed once customization has begun, except under conditions where Krona Boutique is at fault.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content on the Platform (designs, logos, images, text, etc.) is the intellectual property of Krona Boutique. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our materials without written permission.
PRIVACY
- By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Krona Boutique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our Platform or services. In no case shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service.
